Four more that nobody else puts in the box: your legal set written fresh for your business, not pasted off a generator. A backup restore actually tested before launch, so we both know it works rather than hoping. A documented exit path, so leaving is a real option and not a threat you can’t carry out. Pricing FAQ.
Can I see the numbers before I talk to you?
Yes. The estimate tool has every fixed price on it: the build, the care tiers, the Learning Hub bands and all the Add-Ons. Pick what you think you need and it adds up in front of you, no email required. What it can’t do is know your business, which is the bit that decides what you actually need, so it gives you a ballpark rather than a quote. Your real number comes in writing before anything begins, and it won’t be higher than the tool said for the same scope.
Is there a cheaper option?
No, and that’s deliberate. If budget is the deciding factor, I’m not your builder, and I’ll happily point you at good DIY options. No hard feelings.
What about the Blueprint credit?
Build with me within 90 days of your document landing in your inbox and the full $997 comes off your build price. Not credited toward, off: the Build starts at $3,800 + GST, so it’s $2,803 + GST to go. No conditions. After 90 days the Blueprint stands as its own piece of work.
Can I pause or cancel?
You can pause once, any time, no penalty, and your site stays live and secure the whole way through. Toward the end of it we have a chat about what happens next. If what you actually want is the site online long-term without the support, that is Parked at $79 a month + GST. Cancel with 30 days notice and everything comes with you.
What if I don’t love the site?

Do you work with clients outside New Zealand?
Yes. Based in Whangārei, working worldwide, everything remote. You pay in NZ dollars and your bank handles the conversion.
Why is there a monthly fee at all?
Because a website isn’t a thing you buy once. It’s a thing that runs, and things that run need someone watching them. The monthly means that someone is me, and you never think about it.
Tax note: monthly fees are typically operating expenses, deductible in the year you pay them. Your setup fee may be treated differently. Check with your accountant.
