That’s the New Zealand price. I build for people anywhere and the process is the same wherever you are. Australia starts at $5,000 AUD. Anywhere else, I quote you in writing before anything starts. Invoices outside New Zealand carry no New Zealand GST.

A lead magnet, a course platform, something unusual for your industry: if your business needs something beyond the standard build, it goes in your proposal with a written number next to it. Nothing gets added without you seeing the price first, and most requests turn out to be already in the build.
Step Two · Confirm
What you’ll pay today.
Your monthly caretaker tier is quoted and locked in after your Interview, not today. Anything beyond the standard build gets a written number before it happens.
There’s no checkout for a build, and that’s deliberate. Every build starts with a free 20-minute call, then a written proposal by email with your exact number in it, including anything outside the standard scope. Payment comes after that, and it secures your build slot.

New pages, a landing page, the Learning Hub: anything can be added at any point, at build, at launch, or two years in. Quoted in writing first. Just message me.

We pick your monthly caretaker tier when your site goes live, not now. Same for the Learning Hub monthly, if you take it.

See the finished site before Caretaker starts. At the preview, before you’ve requested a change, you can take a full refund of your build fee, minus payment processing fees and any domain registration already paid for. Ask for a change or approve the site and that window closes.
